I don't think AT thought that much detail. When he presented being sensed from Kaio Realm as big deal, he wanted to show how powerful
SSJ3 Goku was. I think he'd already forgotten it by the time he put the statement about the other kis (Super Buu, Gotenks or both) not being
sensed.
