Did Cell dodge the Final Flash?

I don't remember the Final Flash scene very well, so I'm hiring you guys to refresh my memory. Did Cell dodge it, or did he stand there and take it?

Hard to tell. His body moved diagonally after it struck him, so he may have recoiled away at the last second when he realized it was dangerous.

He might've tried to move to the side, but I'd was too late. He probably could've dodged I'd if he didn't stand there and go "HOLY SHIT!" and then just stared at it.

Yeah he seemingly sidestepped it at the last second but it was too late to avoid losing his entire right torso.

Looking at it again, the part of Cell that was blown off makes it look like he moved to the side, and only took half of the blast.

He also had enough time to react to the Final Flash before it hit him, so I would assume that he would attempt to get out of the way.

That was one of the coolest moments in DB, but it was annoying how they all kept forgetting that he could regenerate.

I think he kinda just moved to the side to avoid getting his head blown off.

He probably turned his body a bit at the last second because by the looks of it he doesnt move position wise.
That face at the very end maybe indicates he tries dipping

I believe he did. He side stepped at just the last second imo. Vegeta did have to narrow his beam or he would have destroyed the Earth so they may have played into it also.

It was initially strong enough to do so but he narrowed it in a way that it wouldnt so he obviously does.

Yea Vegeta wouldn't destroy the earth because of his love for Bluma.
