Did Goku get Zenkais in the early Dragon Ball?

He was stronger in the fight against Blue than he was at the 21st Budokai.
But what about post Tenshinhan fight and post Tambourine beatdow?
Or post old Piccolo Daimao beatdown?
Or post young?
Or aftet being healed aftet the big fight with Piccolo Junior?
Did he get a Zenkai in those instances too?

He probably did, seeing as how Kuririn attributed this Saiyan trait as to why Goku got stronger after each tough fight once Vegeta told him about it, though none of them would've been much more than a minimal increase, apart from perhaps his defeat against Tambourine.

-When he hit his head as a baby
-After Young King Piccolo
-After Piccolo Jr

Times he got a little stronger because of a good workout...
-After 21st TB
-After Muscle Tower
-After 22nd TB

Gohan wasn't near death against 2nd Form Freeza, but he got a Zenkai.....

Gohan nearly got his head crushed in by Freeza. He was stated to have been near death.

Gohan wasn't near death against 2nd Form Freeza, but he got a Zenkai.....

Freeza almost crushed his head and Dende had to heal him, though. Goku was only knocked down by Tambourine and later woke up by himself.

Goku got knocked unconscious by Tambourine and slept for an entire day. Besides, Kuririn's exactly words were "so that's how Goku got stronger after fierce battles", so I don't think the increases Goku got in part 1 (if they did happen besides Muscle Tower) were exclusively by being near death. Furthermore, Goku did seem as bad after being shotted by General White as he was after being knocked by Tambourine and went through a fierce battle against Tenshinhan which tired him much like his battle in the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai.

It's also sometimes difficult to tell when a character is near death or no. For example, did Gohan get stronger after the battle against Vegeta and Nappa? He was unconscious for a while, but it's clear his situation wasn't nearly as bad as Goku's and it was said he would be discharged from the hospital in a few days. Yet his power was said to be "around 1,500" at Namek's arrival, whereas many people argue he wasn't all that at the battle on Earth.
