Did Goku receive a Zenkai Power after killing Piccolo Daimao?

He broke both his legs and his arm and expended all his strength which is far more severe than what he went through during the 21st finals/Muscle Tower. He should've gotten a fair bit stronger. I think he could defeat Daimao without any help after healing from the fight.

Can we say the same about Goku after TB23 when he defeats Piccolo?

Yes, I believe that's also why Piccolo chose to retreat right away rather than challenge Goku again when they were both healed.

He already lost to Gokuu so if they went at it again he would lose again. Nothing to do with Gokuu getting a boost upon being healed.

Frankly, the only reason Piccolo came close to killing Gokuu was because Gokuu dropped his guard during the countdown, which led to Piccolo shooting him through the chest. Obviously Gokuu won't make that same mistake again.
