"The most powerful enemy of all time, Majin Boo, had suddenly appeared."

So which one suddenly appeared?

Without a god power, Majin Boo is the strongest.

If A. Toriyama said Buu is the most powerful enemy (so far), that means Hirudegarn and Janemba is not part of his vision.

And strangly enough, I think A.Toriyama might be hinting that Beerus is not a villain. I know fans have always speculated, but maybe this is evidence to support it.

Did Goku get a hugeeee potential increase after splitting from Vegito and Kid Buu got one as well?

Vegeta didn't get one because Goku was a genius so he seems to get the new power up first.
