He teleported to Clerk Yenma's. Is it just from The Lookout to Yenma's? If so, who gave him his powers? If no, why doesn't Kamiccolo teleport?

Where would he learn computer technology from? Did he learn on earth or does Namek have something similar?

I believe he's only able to teleport to the other realm. When he retrieved Goku, he could've teleported him straight to the battlefield instead of at the Palace.
