"He killed the North and West Kaioshin, absorbed the South Kaioshin, and then when he took in the gentle heart of the Dai Kaioshin, his ferociousness and power were somewhat weakened." -Daizenshuu 7, Human Racial Dictionary

"Though he befriended Mister Satan for a time, afterwards he changed into an evil Buu. This evil Buu powered up by successively absorbing Gotenks, Piccolo, and Gohan." -Daizenshuu 7, Human Racial Dictionary

It doesn't imply/state that Boo got stronger after he turned into evil Boo except after he absorbed the Z warriors. Does that mean Fat Boo = Super Boo still stands?

In order to stall Majin Buu, who was going to destroy West City, Goku transforms into Super Saiyan 3. After Goku departs, Majin Buu kills Babidi and begins enjoying himself by destroying the Earth as he pleases. Gohan is given a power-up by the Elder Kaioshin, who appeared from the Z Sword, while Goten and Trunks become Gotenks through Fusion. Majin Buu briefly became gentle through Satan's persuasion, but because of wicked people he achieved a super power-up. The time for the decisive battle is near!

Daizenshuu #2 says Super Boo got a lot more powerful.

Another evidence why Daizenshuu is unreliable especially for the Boo arc.
The Daizenshuu is unreliable from start to finish, specially when it comes to any kind of speculation. It seems it was made by the guys at Toei (Raditz at 1500, Nappa at 4000... did those guys even read the manga they were writting about?).

The first quote is not incorrect.

They definitely wrote these things from the anime version.

Recently, Tosh posted this argument on Neoseeker. The essence of his college essay was the following...
Super Buu=Fat Buu, because Daiz says so and, because, when Fat Buu changes into Super Buu, nobody mentioned
a change in power
-Goku didn't mention a change in power
-Piccolo just said his body became more suited
-When, much later, Piccolo said ''he's better at everything from before'', that doesn't have to mean strength

Not really. There wasn't much need to copy-paste info they'd already mentioned in a previous volume.

Fat Boo at his unrestrained peak (the moment before he split into Good and Pure Evil Boo) could debateably be equal to Initial Evil Boo due to them being the same mixture but with a different dominant personality. However, the reasoning through Piccolo's statement is very flawed. When Piccolo made that statement, he didn't seem certain on Gotenks' chances against Boo, yet by the time Boo arrived at Kami's temple, he was absolutely positive that Gotenks stood no chance, hence showing that Evil Boo's power was far beyond Piccolo's initial expectations.
