You sure that he isn't just much weaker because of all the damage goku inflicted and the chi vegeta had to use to create the artificial moon?

What's the original line there, because VIZ has it mentioning his strength is in his tail, and then goku's plan is clearly to grab it and weaken him.

Which shows just how much of a scrub Raditz is, since every other saiyan we meet in the series strengthens their tail to not be weakened by it.

Goku says Raditz has the option of cutting/plucking off his tail if he wants (after Piccolo asks why he didn't just grab his tail when he bear hugged Raditz), which he likely learned from losing his tail against Granddaddy Gohan in the Baba arc

So you think post fake moon Vegeta was already at ~3,200???

That can technically work if you have Goku at like 5000-6000 after the KKx4. But I think the Ozaru form might have drained Vegeta's stamina a bit as well since Goku and Gohan were always out cold after being transformed back to their normal forms

I don't think Vegeta lost power from having his tail cut off, but from being banged up as bad as he was.
