Some of their other translations seem alright, even good. Like DragonBall a lot of it definitely is in the strength-checker, too & in DragonBall I didn't see as much swearing.

I imagine their translations are fine, they're just sprucing up the dialogue, intentionally, with swearing. Mangastream is famous for doing that as well. The swears aren't actually there, but you can pretty easily replace "low-class clown" with "low-class shiteater" and hopefully provide some more entertainment.
