Honestly not sure. Since both are basically fusing at equal levels with both parties at Vegeta's level, they should probably be more or less the same unless Goku fusing with his son is like same family sex and produces defects

Never put much thought into it. If I had to come up with a placement on the spot, I'd have SS3 [Goku + Gohan] around SS Vegetto's level. So a considerable amount.

No, supression is there in order for fusion to succeed but the outcome doesn't change the product of the two fighter's full power IMO.
