Whenever I try to do a scouter list for part 1, I use the following conventions:
-Farmer's PL is 0.05 and Roshi's PL is 13.9 and they were misread.
-Goku/Piccolo were not at full power when Raditz read their unweighted levels.

Is it possible to make a Scouter list work without those conventions? Has to also include the many times stronger and less than half power statements.

Doesn’t need the daizenshu’s numbers, since they fail with 22nd Budokai being at 180 and Piccolo Daimao being at 260. Yet, old daimao stomped goku using less than half of his power.

Ima try it once I’m done rereading part 1. This is my second time with part 1, the first was the anime years ago

[mention]xmysticgohanx[/mention] I think it’s possible if you let go of “many times stronger” statements as hyperboles/not BP related, specially when ignoring figures from guidebooks. Roshi’s BP does screw stuff up though…

Yeah I realized that, it’s been so long that I forgot Roshi’s pl wasn’t originally from the guidebooks. It was in the manga itself.

Looks like those statements were retconned
