That's gotta be considered when giving Vegeta's placement over 50% Goku, while there's nobody in between 100% Goku and CG Vegeta.

I was going off Vegeta's re-action to Goku's power, too. It seemed like Goku was ahead by a lot.

Also what SSJ Vegetto said, sounds about right.

I'd only place Vegeta marginally superior to 50% Goku. From the way Vegeta mentioned finishing off the winner, it sounded more like he was expecting to take on either Goku or Cell after they'd been fatigued, meaning it's unlikely he was superior enough to Goku that he didn't doubt his chances.
