Do you think Alternate Trunkses power was retconned?

When he first shows up, he's implied to be at the bottom of SSJ power (Namek Goku),
since Gohan thinks it's his dad. Then, at Lone Warrior, he's above Alternate Gohan,
who was an experienced SSJ for years.

He was said to have the same kind-of Ki like Goku, not the same amount.

Even so, Gohan didn't say anything about his dad having got stronger, so it must be the same amount
as on Namek.

Not really. To them Goku was the only Super-Saiyan ever, so no matter how high the Ki was the only possible person it belonged to was Goku.
