What do you think their battle powers were? Handsome Zarbon, not the ugly one.
Honestly, them being 20,000 and 22,000 respectively would match better their poor (in Dodoria's case, pathetic) performance against 24k Vegeta... One could argue that Vegeta was simply more skilled than them, but when rading the fights I don't get the impression that skill played a very big factor... it was much more about how stronger than them Vegeta was. All Vegeta did against Dodoria was keep him in place by holding off his arms -- something entirely reated to strength -- and then vaporize him with a chi blast, something also entirely related to battle power. Against Zarbon, he was just too fast to Zarbon keep up and strong enough that he could deflect Zarbon's blast, surprising this latter; Vegeta even stated that it seemed Zarbon was standing still, that is, the main factor seemed to be Vegeta's speed and power. They didn't get to mention how skillful or how much of a superior warrior Vegeta seemed.
So, performance-wise, the general fan-made battle power of 20k and 22k seems to work better... but then we know that Cui is at 18k, and based on the way Dodoria and Zarbon referred to Cui and Vegeta, it seemed they were their complete superior... it seemed that Cui and 18k Vegeta was like, in not their tier at all. So Cui being at 90% of Dodoria's power might seem kind of too much considering it... they are just their cemplete superior... it doesn't seem Cui rivals any of them. It's true that a 90/100 gap can be seen as a considerable one, but just looking at the numbers, Dodoria being at 22k with Cui being at 18k looks aesthetically better, not to mention making more sense with the 'poorly' recgnizement they apparenty got.
So, any idea?
