Does 4x of SSjin2 = SSjin3 work?

Well I've seen that a lot of folks in DB forums doesn't accept the SEG official about SSjin/2/3 multipliers mainly SSjin/2 but what about SSjin3? Does having 4x of SSjin2 as a multiplier of SSjin3 works? Discuss...

I see nothing that contradicts it, so yes. It can be lower for stronger fighters such as Gotenks though if you don't like the idea of battle powers getting overly inflated, since it only needs to be 4x SS2 for Goku due to the Fat Boo > SS2 Goku + Gohan + Vegeta statement.

4x works fine for Super Saiyan 3. However, I have a 4x boost for Super Saiyan 2. It doesn't feel right to have it the same as well as the combined boost ends up being 16x which is messy for power levels. I have adopted a 5x boost for Super Saiyan 3 and I think it works rather well. Giving the Super Saiyan 3 a total of a 1,000x boost over Base and a 20x boost over Super Saiyan.
