Does anybody miss the pre BOG era in the forums?

For some reason, i sometimes miss that era, before BOG came out or was even known.
When DBZ was a dead franchise, occassionally revived by little stuff, such as Yo Son,
Episode of Bardock or DB Minus.

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. I don't miss the "Bills vs SSJ Vegito" threads where the speculation was at an all-time high and the arguments were even worse than they are now ("Bills is a GOD of destruction so he's clearly strong3st", "yeah well 'god' hardly means anything in DBZ so suck my cack").

I do like the increased activity in the community with the ongoing new releases, though. While it's mainly discussion about the newer stuff, it still gives the old stuff opportunity to be revived and reassessed.

I thought I did at first, but not so much anymore. I can only handle so many Base Saiyans vs. Freeza and post-RoSaT Gotenks threads.

I joined after the BOG era, but before the RF era. I do miss the pre-Super era as these whole "OMG Universe buster!!!" posts are getting pretty old now.
