Does anyone at ground/sea-level have markings similar to the sky islanders?

The Shandians were originally from Java. The knock-up stream began and sent them into Skypeia. They already had the markings when on earth.

The priests also had markings I think. Ohm had an elaborate tattoo on his arm.

The Shandians actually originated from the moon, then came down to earth and lived on land. It seems to be a commonality among descendants from the moon. I don't think we've seen any other earthlings with these markings.
