Does Hatchiyak have a durability greater than his real power?

Goku talked a lot about attacking Hatchiyak together when he attacks, since at that moment Hatchiyak is vulnerable.

That means that:

Hatchiyak (Durability) > Hatchiyak (Power)?

I think it just means his ki is going outside him, so it isn't used to block.

This video in Spanish confirms that Hatchiyak has a durability far superior to its power.

In the last part they show how the attack of the 5 Z Warriors does not hurt Hatchiyak Base, while in the Ova they show us how Hatchiyak is left vulnerable when launching his attack that was overcome by the combination of the attacks of the 5 Z Warriors.

Where does it confirm?

Needing to attack while he himself is attacking doesn't show that he has more durability than power though. Even if it's true, I don't see how that specifically shows it.
