No, he doesn't. The concept that he was so strong was an illusion, created by Piccolo's victory over #20 who supposedly was the super powerful Android Trunks warned about. Before fighting #20 Piccolo is shown lacking confidence to fight the Androids solo, and after his and the Initial Androids' power are quickly forgotten for the sake of Trunks and Freeza's power.

In fact, Yardrat Goku might be comparable in power to Future #17 and #18, given how Trunks and Future Gohan believe Goku's mere presence would've changed things in their timeline.
