From what I've seen and heard Germa 66 is basically trash. If they don't have their technology they are screwed, and even with technology they probably lose.

Explain why they'd be a challenge then please. What have they done to be a challenge to Doflamingo? Even Cracker was sent after Luffy knowing the fact that Luffy took-down Doflamingo, and Germa 66 > Cracker does not seem likely to me.

From what I heard, they were on par or above Sanji. Can't be sure though since I have to still read it and take my own conclusion. Doflamingo would have a considerable advantage over them whereas his executives (minus Vergo) would have a considerable disadvantage against them IMHO.

Yeah, his executives besides Vergo seemed to be no challenge. Zoro defeated Pica fairly easy and Trebol just sucked.

Considering the enhanced modes that Sanji's siblings have can prove troublesome to some of the best of Big Mom's crew such as Smoothie, I'd say they wreck the Seats, though Doflamingo still beats them. He'd probably need his Awakening to take on all four of them at once though.
