The SSJ's in M7 always seemed extremely nerfed to me, so I can't put those artificial humans on a high level. But I give the edge to 14 and 15 here anyway, since they don't need to absorb power.

The SSJ Anime multiplier is indeed often nerfed, but it's mostly because base saiyans are already stupidly powerful. As such, their overall power isn't any lower than in canon (sometimes, it's even higher).

Thus, #14 solos.

14 and 15 take this. I raise the power of the Saiyans in M7 a bit higher than their Android Saga counterparts. I put 14 and 15 in between Trunks and Pre Fusion Piccolo which is still considerably higher than Dr. Gero and 19 post Ki absorption.
