Let's trace some comparisons regarding some fights in early Dragon Ball. Let's find the appropriate gap for them:
1) General Blue vs Krillin
Fight:
General Blue seems to be kicking Kuririn's ass pretty effortlessly. Kuririn can't believe how strong he is and the damage dealt by him is considerable. Looking at Blue's 2nd punch, it really does seem effortlessly, a feat that seems to approach a 1.5x gap (a gap à la Goku vs Ginyus or initial Chun vs Yamcha). Kuririn's reactions to Blue's 2nd punch seems to remember a bit his reactions towards being punched by Jackie Chun, back at the 21st Budôkai:
- vs Blue
- vs Jackie
I'd say Blue is more nonchalantly than Jackie was, but this latter had that serious look on his face accompanying him for almost all the Budokai.
2) General Blue vs Goku
Fight:
We can clearly see Goku has a decent lead over here and considers him no big deal, but it seems to be by a less significant amount than Blue vs Kuririn. Goku seemed to be using quite a lot of effort to hit the General Blue, and this latter recovered from the hits quickier than Kuririn, it seems. This fight also seems to remember a bit Piccolo vs Dr. Gero, whereas Piccolo has clearly a decent lead over him, but his attacks aren't so devastating, plus the fact that he seems to also be using a considerable level of effort.
These fights also seem to have some grade of compability with Goku (suppressed) vs Devil Man, with Goku quickly dishing out comments like "you no big deal" and proceeding to deal to him an one-sided beat down, albeit with some serious expression on his face, and the damage isn't too significative either. The gap isn't also so big that Akkuman can't press Goku while using a weapon:
We also have fights that seems to mirror Goku vs Ginyus or initial Roshi vs Yamcha level of dominance, like Goku vs Mummy, whereas Goku witstands all of Mummy's attacks while letting be hit without any, any injuries (what a brutal feat, can't remember right now someone doing it besides Kuririn against that Bruce Lee impersonator guy back on 21st Budokai). Goku, then, one-shots Mummy in a Goku vs Recoome way. Maybe even in a more impressive fashion, considering Goku said Reacoom had his guard down when he was hitted.
General Blue vs Kuririn comes somewhat close to this level of stomp, but is still clearly some steps begind those fight presented, such as Goku vs Mummy, Goku vs Ginyus, Jackie Chun vs Yamcha.
So we've basically three levels of dominance here out of the fights I listed:
Group 1 (dominance):
Goku vs Blue
Goku (suppressed) vs Akkuman
Piccolo vs Gero
Group 2 (even more dominance):
Blue vs Kuririn
Jackie Chun (suppressed) vs Kuririn
Group 3 (ultimate stomp):
Goku vs Mummy
Initial Chun vs Yamcha
Goku vs Ginyus
