He was stronger than whichever form of Boo he disposed of in his timeline, so he could be SS3 Gotenks/Ultimate Gohan tier. It seem to be solidified that none of the competitors came close to SS2 Vegetto/MAXIMUM Broly, so SSJ Vegetto would probably be the absolute highest to place Gast or anyone else, unless some major asspulling has gone on since I dropped it.
