Pre Saiyan Dragon Ball is ass. It ignores the power gaps and shrinks all the boosts.

So much is wrong with it...
Leaving aside that Part 1 means the difference between fighters will always be too minimal to apply the same "logic" as in Z when using the same system, how many characters relate to each others' power is contradictive of what was shown.
1. Bacterian was described as incredibly strong by Yamcha while Ranfan was capable of damaging Namu with an off-guard attack to a similar degree of what Giran did to Goku. Bacterian ought to be at least on Yamcha's level, whilst Ranfan ought to be comparable to Giran.
2. Everyone thought Roshi's attack had killed Oozaru Goku, thus, he should be stronger than him. If trying to fit with scouter numbers as well as Roshi being below Piccolo Daimao, you could just have Goku be so fatigued from the Bankoku Bikkuri Sho that his Oozaru form barely passed the 100 mark. There's also no need for Roshi to improve between the first arc and the 21st TB, but that's nitpicking.
3. Whilst Black's statement about not going down as easy as the others can just be interpreted to just mean the regular soldiers, he still took hits from Post-Karin Goku far better than White or Silver did from his pre-training self. He's definitely above them.
4. Roshi said pre-Karin Goku would lose to Mummy, so 21st TB Goku > Mummy is obviously wrong.
5. Kuririn stated Yamcha was as strong as he was, so Yamcha ought to definitely be higher. Also, feats and statements make it pretty clear that Kuririn ~ Yamcha > Chappa > Post-Karin Goku, so yeah...
6. Yajirobe as going toe-to-toe with a serious Goku, so he's at least on Ten's level.
7. Tenshithands makes it pretty clear Weighted Goku was superior to his post-Choshinsui self in every way but speed, yet Ten's full speed self was superior to him outright, so post-Choshinsui Goku/Prime Daimao > 23rd TB Ten is obviously wrong.
8. Chichi most likely saw Goku oneshot Chappa, so she should at least be above him.
9. Feats and statements would place Saiyan Arc Piccolo below Chaozu's self destruction, as well as both Enraged Gohan and Ten's Kikoho being above both of these. The 3.5k rating doesn't work.
10. A "light Kaioken"? That's not how the Kaioken works.
Only bothered criticising the essentials here, though the list is so bad it's starting to turn someone who acknowledges battle powers are just a plot device into the GOD KING of Power Levels.
