Roshi blowing up the moon is not taken seriously by me. 70% Freeza's suppressed blast (which should still be at tens of millions) could not
even destroy Namek instantly. I guess Freeza is the first planet busting power. About the first moon busting power, hard to tell. There was
so much gap between Freeza and everybody else.

DB moon must have something different from ours which makes it really easy to destroy. At KP Saga, King Piccolo destroying a city was
considered impressive. At Saiyans Saga, everybody was WTFed at Nappa opening a bottomless hole on the ground. Such feats should be
nothing for characters capable of destroying real life moon. That's why i don't take DB moon busting feats into consideration.

No, i'm talking about DBZ moon where Piccolo destroyed it because Gohan turned into ape and caused a destruction.

First Form Freeza at the very least has to be the first planet busting power, because he destroyed Planet Vegeta with it.

Although I do agree that the moon is different in Dragon Ball, because Piccolo in the 23rd Budokai wiped out a small country with his last ditch attack, yet later completely destroyed the moon with a casual attack, with weighted clothes on.

DB moon=DBZ moon

1st Form Freeza destroying a whole planet with an effortless attack makes little sense, considering, in that case, 70% Freeza should've destroyed
Namek with a sneeze. I guess Vegeta was a really small planet and/or Namek is greater than Jupiter.
