Dragonball Super VS Dragonball GT - Which Is Better?

I know this seems like an easy answer, especially with how poorly everything was executed in GT. But lets think long and hard about this. Think about the worst animation we have seen in any dragonball series at the start of super, think about character designs and story elements. Pound for pound witch of these is better. Character designs, vs character designs, transformations vs transformations, villains vs villains, story lines vs story lines. And of course there is the glaring problem that super had retelling battle of gods and ressurection of f. So think to yourself, tallying each of these categories, which of these anime's has done it better. Super is at a disadvantage with not being finished, but GT's tarnished legacy should even this out. This should explain these positions well.

I don't haven't watched too much of Super, but from what I've seen, I prefer GT. Besides having worse animation, Super seems more fan-fictiony/Dragon Ball Heroish to me (i.e; Freeza training and becoming God strength, new Super Saiyan forms that just change the hair color, Trunks getting SS2, SS2+SSG3, LSS, and being God level out of nowhere, Merged Zamasu and SS Blue Vegetto) and from what I can see has more inconsistencies than GT.

Super is where it gets too complex for me too. GT introduced Super Saiyan 4. Pretty self explanatory there. Yet, Super introduced Super Saiyan God Red, and then Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan that's actually the power of SSJ with God Ki but burns a lot of stamina so that FP SSJG > tired SSJB and even with that they couldn't beat the power of fapped-to-death Beerus.

The God Complex in Super is absolutely ridiculous too.

Given the fights I've watched from Super they seem to have the same inherent problems GT had. Lack of strategy, lack of weight, asspull power chains. Massive flashy power ups and chi blasts etc.

Both shows are complete trash with one good saga. However, GT has good character progression and designs, but this is offset by Goku's penis having such prominence.

Super has a chance to surpass GT because it is not over yet, there may be another good saga left. However, Super does feel like fanfiction, nearly completely detached from real Dragon Ball, while GT to me feels like a logical continuation, at least considering how bad the Buu saga was.
