Drum at the 23rd Budokai

How far does Drum get in the 23rd Budôkai? How well do you think he'd do with the competitors?

If we count the preliminars, I think he beats Chappa. I don’t think Drum needs to be much higher than say, post 22nd Goku.

Yajirobe probably powers up a lot from climbing Karin’s tower and should take him as easily as he took on Cymbal. Chaozu vs Drum would be interesting since I have them as equals, but Chaozu’s techniques grant him the W.

Chappa and potentially Yajirobe are the only ones he could beat, and that is only if Yajirobe didn't become stronger during the 3 year gap.

Aside from Chappa and maybe Yajirobe, I'd say any named character with the Budokai would be able to beating him with ease.

I have Drum beating Tao, Yamcha, Chi-Chi at the very least. Tenshinhan was struggling a lot against Drum and I think he'd be around 190 after practicing, so I give Drum 210 at the very least.

Well, those numbers are a little bit flawed imo. I'd say doing your own scale would be wiser.

I agree my numbers are inaccurate, but I stand by my opinion that Drum would beat some of the contestants.
