Taopaipai oneshots. Off-guard or not, he was still quick enough for his hidden blade to strike Tenshinhan fairly deep and his Chou Dodonpa was powerful enough to make Yamcha awestruck by both it and Tenshinhan's ability to neutralise it with a kiai.

Would it surprising Yamcha qualify as strong evidence tho? I don't know how we could scale Yamcha.

Most feats and statements point to Yamcha not being far from Prime Daimao's tier, or at the very least far above Old Daimao, and both he and Kuririn noted that Tenshinhan being able to stop it with a kiai and then oneshot Taopaipai showed he'd become too strong. Keep in mind they weren't surprised by his movements during the battle against Goku, so what he used against Taopaipai ought to be close to his full power.

Would you say that Yamcha being able to follow Tenshinhan and weighted Goku's movements, which were = in speed to Goku post Choshinsui, imply Yamcha wasn't that below prime Daimao? I dunno, feats like this don't seem so consistent throughout the series, with the earthlings being able to tell what was happening in the battle between Goku vs Cell as an example.

While Kami-Sama praised Yamcha and said that he may be outstripped by him soon, Mr. Popo 3 years ago stated that Goku may never catch up to him from training in the lookout, so doesn't Kami-Sama's statement sound strange when this Yamcha should be at least considerably inferior to that Goku?
