Drum's Level

To complete CC's challenge regarding something within my favourite arc in part 1. How powerful do you guys have Drum? I know he was owning Tenshinhan, but Tenshinhan was still good enough to land a blow. How does he compare to the likes of 40% Old Piccolo?

He's noticeably stronger than post-22nd Budokai Goku at best, considering Tenshinhan landed at hit on him even without any Taiyoken/Four arms shenanigans. Unless Drum was holding back, but I don't think there's too much basis for that.

He could be seen as comparable to 40% Daimao, considering Tenshinhan's comment on his power and speed being beyond belief is similar to what Goku said about Daimao, though him being caught off guard by Ten and taking enough damage that his eye bulged somewhat is far less impressive than his father tanking Goku's Kamehameha. I'd say the median in between Old Daimao's initial and ~40% self works well.

Piccolo was confident Drum could kill Goku, so o think he's noticeably above Post Budokai Goku. Not by much though, as Tenshinhan could atill land a hit or two on the guy.

He has a Recoome/Vegeta like advantage against Tenshinhan.

In between Tien and Old King Piccolo.

Something like that I'd say off the top of my head.

I assume this is referring to the level Old Daimao used against Goku? He stated he wasn't even using half his power whilst stomping Galu.

I dunno. When I look at Drum Vs Tien, I see a significant difference between them. He did catch him pretty good, but that seemed to do nothing but amuse Drum enough to compliment Tien. He blitzed Tien right after and ended the fight. I have him around Old Daimao's level against Goku.
