Tournament Saga

Goku was at least equal to or perhaps even stronger than Chun.

Namu >> Kuririn

Giran >>> Yamcha

Why are Ranfan and Bacteria barely stronger than the Farmer? They were gimmick fighters but they were still presented to be stronger than the majority of the preliminary contestants. The Announcer was surprised by Ranfan's stripping tactic implying that she passed the preliminaries on her own strength and Yamcha called Bacterian "fearsomely" strong.



Red Ribbon Army Saga

Buyon is way too low seeing as Goku struggled to escape it's jaw.

Silver should also be higher. I don't see Goku being caught off guard by someone 10% of his power. I think he's at least stronger than Yamcha who a toying Chun evaded while hardly trying.

Blue is solidly stronger than Kuririn.



Fortuneteller Baba Saga

Invisible Man was stated to be stronger than Fangs.

Spike: 110? 110 vs 120 is a one-shot? This is where scouter numbers start falling apart for early DB, especially since Korin said Goku got several times stronger after the tower. Also Goku >> Tao >> Spike/Akkuman


Where is Grandpa Gohan?

Shen and Chun >>> Yamcha and Kuririn


Piccolo Jr. Saga

Kami/Shen is way stronger than Tenshinhan.



Your list has so many mistakes I don't even feel like going into the later materials.
