Roshi was able to get Post-God Base Goku somewhat excited and take multiple hits from Frost. He oneshots. Even if limiting him to his FnF self, he still oneshots when considering not only is he far faster than the Mach 20 Korosensei, but his opponent is a complete glass cannon, their best durability feats being City level.

Wouldn't Koro's anti-matter make a difference ?

If nothing but Anti-matter hurts/causes damage then speed isn't going to matter to Koro.

That's assuming he can take attacks that are planet level and beyond, which likely is beyond his limit when the greatest comparison he made to his durability was nuclear explosions. It's highly unlikely he'd be impervious to Ki attacks when considering how it's been used to contradict the laws of physics multiple times, especially in Super (eg. SSB Goku breaking through Hit's Time Skip just by being faster than him).
