How different do you think they are from their Buu Saga counterparts? At Buu Saga, almost all of their power
was natural, since none of them did serious training. So, is it safe to assume that, by EOZ, they'd gained even
more power just by growing into adults?

Weaker than Good Boo as Super Saiyans. I think pre-Majin Vegeta level is fine for them.

Based on Goku's implication that Goten could beat Boo if he was serious about his training, it seems to suggest that the gap between him and Good Boo isn't too monstrous. I'd place their SSJ forms somewhere in the ballpark the "SS2 tier".

Goku's statement suggests they they keep slacking off on their training, not that they weren't training. Although we aren't told anything specific other then that, they're probably more-or-less the same as they were during the Majin Boo Saga. But had they trained, then someone of Good Boo's caliber would be nothing.
