Round 1: Eva's are connected with the umbilical cord and have full support from Nerv.

Round 2: Eva's are not supported by Nerv.

Round 3: Eva's are on internal power supply.

Bonus round: Eva 01 has gone berserk.

It all depends whether or not NERV manage to figure out Hildegarn's weakness and relay it to the pilots to form a strategy. If so, the Eva trio win Round 1 but lose the other ones as without NERV to assist them, they wouldn't have the capability of countering Hildegarn's intangibility or learning about his weakness. If not, they don't even win Round 1.
