Exodia is an instant win. Even the God Cards can't maneuver around that technicality.
However, if we're speaking from an Ancient Egypt perspective, then the God Cards would collectively curbstomp Exodia if fully powered. They performed better against Zorc than Exodia did (but to be fair, Exodia was tied to a fragile old man at the time).
