Fat Boo stomps. Gohan shows certainty, but not with complete confidence that he'll win at full power, and even if that isn't referring to SSJ2 necessarily he's still winning this in my book. Since I believe Gohan referred to his full SSJ2 power anyway, Cell bites it.
