I don't have a firm grasp of where Super Boo stands overall, but I want to side with him on this. Janemboo would have access to some abilities that Boo alone would not, but if the battle powers are anywhere close in this fight, I think Super Boo takes it easily. I imagine Janemboo would be a total idiot and childish, while Super Boo could put together a coherent strategy.
