Mine is probably Slateport. Ruby was my first game, and when I arrived in Slateport, I was just like "shit, this is awesome."

Eh....tough choice I'd say it's a toss up between Celadon City & Goldenrod City as far as design goes (Slateport, Lilycove, & Sootapolis are top contenders aswell). Music wise Cherrygrove City/Mahagony Town
