For reviews and retrospectives I really like Totally Not Mark. "I Have A Bad Username" made a good video called "Why The Buu Saga Sucks" (even though I like the Boo arc). Carthu's Dojo and SethTheProgrammer have some pretty good videos.
I don't like Geekdom101. I find his voice to be grating and I've heard him talk himself up in a very self righteous and pompous way.
