(Filler) Cell Games Tao Pai Pai

Do any of you guys have decent memory on the episode featuring Tao Pai Pai in the Cell Games 10 day wait? Was he stated to have gotten more powerful?

I don't think anything indicated he was any different from 23rd TB.

The mere fact it's a filler episode makes him stronger than Freeza.

Cell Games Tao Pai Pai = East Kaioshin.

All he did was fight off an old meng and run away from Gohan as soon as he heard he was Goku's son. The other episode featuring him had him offer Goku a puzzle to decipher in exchange for a Dragon Ball without any sort of fight.

Needless to say, he's no different in strength from his 23rd TB self.
