Franky vs Sanji Water 7

Do you think he would've beaten Sanji in a fight? He did decently well against Luffy. I'm thinking at this point he was stronger than the SHs. They couldn't do anything to CP9, whereas Franky could? I know he got captured but did he put up a better fight? Could he already punch through Tekai? Sanji on the train could just about get Blueno to struggle with his kicks.

I think Blueno was about to kill him or at least seriously injure him with Shigan. But looking at the Doriki levels, Franky beat Fukurou who was 800, whereas Blueno was 820. So maybe he could have managed something against Blueno if he got lucky?

Franky might have a slim chance against Sanji if it's pre Diable Jambe.
