Freeza Vs Cell

Which one do you prefer?

They aren't that different from each other, so it's hard to tell.
I guess Cell, since I like his arc. more and he doesn't do the ''This isn't even my final form'' bullsh*t.

I'd say Cell though I think Freeza is a better villain and character.

Freeza was a more effective villain and presented a vaster threat while Cell was just kind of there to make the editors happy. After Freeza's godawful revival it could go either way though.
