Freeza's full-power was 530k, but what level of power do you believe he displayed prior to his power-up?

Despite the fact that Freeza was chilling the entire time, his power was still monstrous and in a class of its own.

Vegeta's scouter appeared to have no trouble reading Freeza's power level, either.

It was a newer model, so it didn't have the limitations of Zarbon's scouter. Based on Freeza's drawn out power-up before tussling with Vegeta, his relaxed level was comfortably below his full-power. Even with that, Freeza's relaxed level was still way higher than everyone else's except powered-up Vegeta's much later.

Goku wasn't entirely convinced he couldn't handle Freeza until Vegeta told him, so I'm not sure what to think of that. Most likely taking his Kaio-Ken levels into consideration since he'd have no chance without it. I think 200-250k is a good enough level for Freeza's relaxed state.

I always put him about 250-300k in his relaxed state.

The same level he used when he tooled Nail sounds good.

Vegeta's scouter reading him doesn't seem to mean much, considering the only power we saw great enough to cause the new model to overload was Vegeta's against Freeza.

I tend to half his level and go with him being at 265k, maybe somewhat higher in the 300k range. I don't think Vegeta would've been factoring Goku's Kaioken when talking to him given how he believed there was a chance Goku and Ginyu may kill each other, plus even if he was, he'd also be factoring in Freeza's 2nd form by using Zarbon as a benchmark.

Does Kuririn and Gohan being scared even right before fighting Freeza means anything? I mean, they already were on the 200-300k mark by that point.

It was made pretty clear they weren't even aware of their own strength until Vegeta pointed it out.

Going from a little over 10k to 200-300k within an hr sounds like an instant power-up more so than a steady increase. Vegeta told Jheese that he began to catch on that his own increase wasn't normal, but their increase actually sounds about as drastic as Vegeta's. I guess you can hand-wave the "steadily increasing" part because Vegeta says the same about drawing near Super Saiyan.

I think 200k for Gohan is good, though. Vegeta put the emphasis on his dormant power. Krillin? I'm not sure.

Vegeta deems Goku's power as the most important of the 3 when it came to challenging Freeza as a team. If Gohan and Krillin already left Goku in the dust, and Vegeta later says Goku wouldn't have gotten a Zenkai, his normal power is either (from Vegeta's POV) above theirs, or he was factoring in Goku's Kaio-Ken to fight Freeza.

Does Vegeta knows about Kaioken though? IIRC he though it was only Goku's full power, like Ginyu.

Not sure if this was on purpose, but 200k is Gohan's official number by V-Jump. EV are you ok with Kuririn's 75k as well?

No, that 75k is way too low. Just like Vegeta's 250k level.

Krillin being around 150k at the minimum is cool. I'd give him 200k and Gohan 250k just to make Vegeta's statement plausible.
