Yeah now that you mention it... lol I was laughing like an idiot after watching the mondo cool stuff on YouTube from Vegeta (had no idea the meme came from that) and when I clicked the forum window you had just created the thread and it made me laugh again remembering the native language of Freeza.

I had to rewatch the moment then. Judging by the way he spoke, I think his native language causes him to have seizures constantly as his shoulders moved more than his mouth, that's likely why he doesn't speak in it
