So the Present Androids are the same strength as they were in Trunks's timeline, everything goes according to plan. Can the Z-Fighters stop them?

Round 1 - Goku is already sick and Vegeta Ssj, Trunks Ssj, Piccolo, Tienshinhan and Kuririn all arrive at Gero's location and they are ready to fight them.

Round 2 - Goku took his medication and is completely fine. Goku SSj, Vegeta SSj, Trunks SSj, Piccolo, Tienshinhan and Kuririn all arrive to Gero's location and they are prepared to fight them.

Round 2: They win easily.

Trunks said they could not win unless Goku is fine. So they'd lose in the first round.

The same Trunks said they might be able to win once Goku gets better, so I'd say the team wins in the second round.
