Cold beefs up two forms using the same multipliers as Freeza, takes on 17 from the Future. Who wins?

I would have Cold winning this. 17 would fall right between his hypothetical 3rd and 4th forms.

Initial 4th form? 17 stomps IMO. 4th form Cold would fall pretty close to Pre Merge Piccolo.
