Who wins? Trunks hasn't speed issues... his speed is proportional to his power.

Kamiccolo one-shots him in my opinion. I assume that you're talking about Future Trunks vs. Warm up Cell.

Along with Vegeta and Trunks, he was the only one capable of fighting back against the Cell Jrs(implied, almost stated & shown) i don't see why he shouldn't be capable of erasing Trunks from existence.

Cell said that Trunks was easily above him, which means that Trunks was a good chunk stronger, but it is not like Trunks was a dimension above him(should've been stated i think..)
That said, Kamiccolo would win without any effort in my humble opinion.

Cell wasn't noted to have increased in power since he fought Trunks SSjG3, whom was considerably stronger than him. Goku was as strong as that specific Cell and he was only at 50% of his power, or his warming up self, which can be considered as high as 60% of his total power.

Because Goku makes fun of his power on the lookout, and Piccolo looks impressed by 50% Goku's power. Even though these events don't happen in order, Piccolo still seems embarrassed about his power when Goku comes by.

Piccolo probably already knew (or at least highly suspected) that 50% Goku was not his full power, as evidenced by Trunks being shocked at Piccolo being trash.
