Galick Gun vs Kamehameha

I think Vegeta proves that the Kaioken Kamehameha indeed does have some amp. Vegeta knows Kkx3 Goku is significantly stronger than himself. Yet, he thinks he can defeat him still. If Goku is using no amp, it would be weird for Vegeta to have so much confidence going through.

Also, consider this. Goku immediately balks at the idea of trying to catch the Galick Gun or bounce it back or anything. He has no idea what to do and has to resort to using the Kamehameha, something he probably would prefer not to do while in Kkx3 for the first time.

Obviously we have to keep Vegeta vs Reecome in mind here, but I'd say if we up it a little to Vegeta using a 1.5x amp, things work out rather nicely...

Goku's KKx3 Kamehameha amp is a measly 1.125x amp. This is the amp Cell ends up picking up on later.

And then for me, the Kkx4 probably has no amp as Goku has exhausting all of his reserves on the amp he did before.

What do you guys think?

I think the KK/KHH combo is the kaioken boost (3x) and the kamehameha boost (1.5x in my books) added. Therefore...

Goku - 8,000
Goku (3x KK) - 24,000
Goku (3x KK + KHH) - 28,000
Vegeta - 18,000
Vegeta (GG) - 27,000
Goku (4x KK + KHH) - 36,000

Against Recoome, Vegeta didn't have that much time to charge his blast, so I think it's not as amplified as the gallick gun.

This part just doesn't make sense. Cell literally is Goku from this time period. Why would his amp be restricted to that of Kaioken Goku's, which has nothing to do with Goku on a biological level?
