It depends on how you perceive Piccolo's statement about his power having jumped astoundningly. It's hard to determine whether he was referring to
his transformation, his power up at 2nd form or the overall increase. On the one hand, Piccolo says ''just jumped'', as if he's referring to something
that happened in a moment. On the other hand, next page, Vegeta says ''Freeza's power is increasing'', which indicates something gradual, not
instanteous as Piccolo said one page ago, and he doesn't say anything about an ''astounding'' change of power, which indicates a more moderate power
up. Furthermore, it is hard to see how Piccolo shrugged off a whole transformation but was only impressed by the power up Freeza did after
