Gap between KHH and Super KHH

Judging by the blast's size at 23rd TB, i think it is implied it is way, way stronger than the regular KHH. On the
other hand, maybe blasts' sizes are inconsistent; for instance, Goku's super KHH against Raditz had a normal size.
