Gap between MSSJ Goku/FP Cell

Cell had no problem with Goku taking a senzu. Does that imply a monstrous gap? Did Cell not expect they might team
up against him? Did he count on spawning some Cell Jrs to help him if that happened?

I don't think Cell really cared about a team attack. He most likely assumed the only one who could put up a good fight was Goku. He already thought Vegeta and Trunks would've been a waste of time, and it seemed like he didn't even acknowledged Gohan. Cell's full-power would've still been way ahead of Goku. The Cell Jrs only seemed to become a factor when he wanted to push Gohan's anger.

Zenkais don't provide a fix boost, so Cell couldn't possibly know how strong Goku would be if he took a senzu.

It's pretty big. From the characters' reactions, Cell was hiding a lot of power even when he was beating SSJ Gohan, who was stronger than SSJ Goku. I'd say he's about 50-75% stronger.
